These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “GTC”) apply to all bookings made via the website www.hugoisaac.com, owned by:

1. Purpose

These GTC govern the online sale of creative workshop services offered by Hugo Isaac – Espacio de Arte y Creatividad


2. Bookings

Bookings are made exclusively online on the website www.hugoisaac.com, subject to availability.


Once the booking is confirmed and payment made, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.


3. Prices and payment

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT included).
Payment is made online by credit card via the secure Stripe platform.

The booking is considered final only after receipt of payment.


4. Cancellation and refund

  • Any cancellation by the participant must be notified at least 48 hours before the workshop to be eligible for a full refund.

  • No refund will be made for cancellations less than 48 hours before the workshop.If the workshop

  • canceled by the organizer, the amount paid will be fully refunded or, if the client wishes, rescheduled.


5. Intellectual property

The content, visuals, materials, texts, and works presented during the workshops or on the site are the exclusive property of Hugo Isaac – Space for Art and Creativity and may not be reproduced without prior written authorization.


6. Personal data

Information collected during bookings is used solely for managing the workshops.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the customer has the right to access, correct, or delete their data by sending an email to contacto@hugoisaac.com.


7. Liability

The organizer cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss suffered by a participant during a workshop, except in case of proven negligence.


8. Disputes

These GTC are governed by Spanish law.
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent courts shall be those of the organizer’s place of residence.
